A bit about me – coming from a Southern Family in the United States I was brought up that dinner was a time to catch up on the day’s events and stopping for a brief period to talk and laugh together as a family. After traveling abroad and living in Europe for the last 20 years I learned that this time of dinner was much more precious and often took hours when drinking and dining with friends and family. A true time to forget one’s problems and just enjoy the company of friends and family over good food.
At Blaine’s B&B, you can start your day with a hearty breakfast or unwind in the evening with a delightful dinner after a long day of exploring Amsterdam.

One of the highlights of staying with us is our extensive breakfast. Served on the main floor, it features a daily selection of cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries with homemade jam, cereals, eggs cooked to your preference, and tea, coffee, and juices..
Please inform us of your breakfast intentions before 8 o’clock in the evening prior.

Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkin and coconut soup with mild curry spices, served with rice, spinach, and toasted coconut.
Fresh Tossed Green Salad
Fresh greens with tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and other seasonal vegetables, served with your choice of Ranch or Greek dressing.

Asian Sweet & Spicy Broth
A flavourful Asian broth with sweet and spicy flavours and fresh Asian vegetables. Noodles can be added upon request.
Chicken Tikka Masala
Tender chicken in a mildly spiced Indian curry sauce, served with rice, chutneys, fresh coriander, and naan bread.
Chicken Katsu Donburi
Crispy breaded chicken breast served over steamed rice with a savoury egg sauce.
Salmon Donburi
Miso pan-seared salmon served over steamed rice with crisp Asian vegetables and ginger-soy sauce.
Vlaamse Stoverij
Traditional Flemish beef stew, slowly braised in brown beer and served with French fries.
Beef Short Rib Ragu
Slowly braised beef short ribs in a rich and flavourful ragu, served with your choice of large shell pasta, cannelloni, or lasagna.
American Hamburger — 200g
A 200g beef burger on a brioche bun with your choice of cheese, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles. Served with French fries.
Green Egg Roasted Whole Chicken — for 2 or more
Whole chicken roasted with rosemary and garlic on the Green Egg, served with roasted potatoes.
DESSERT
